Processing your order

Studio-made statues and desk pieces ship within 7 business days. Some pieces may be ready sooner when we have them in stock. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Clothing, hats, posters and canvas art are printed to order. Production and delivery times vary by item and destination. These pieces may arrive in separate packages from studio-made items.

Shipping rates and delivery

Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us before ordering if you need a piece by a particular date.

We will add tracking to your order when a tracked shipment is dispatched.

Local pickup

If pickup is offered for your order at checkout, please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting it. Made-to-order pieces may take up to 7 business days.

Damaged in shipping

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the damage. We will arrange a replacement for an item damaged during shipping.
