Returns and exchanges

As with our Etsy shop, standard returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can help.

Shipping damage

If an item arrives broken or damaged during shipping, we will arrange a replacement. Please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the damage.

Individual return requests

We may consider return requests individually. Approval is not guaranteed. Please contact us before sending anything back. If we approve a return, we will provide a return shipping label and confirm the return conditions and any refund or exchange details with you first.

Custom or personalized pieces

Custom work may be possible depending on the request. Please contact us before ordering. Availability, pricing, timing and any special conditions must be agreed with us in advance.
